Terms and Conditions of Efficient Taxi

Welcome to Efficient Taxi, a transportation service operated by Mehervi Group Inc. By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not accept any part of these terms, please refrain from using our services.
“Company” refers to Mehervi Group Inc., operating under the brand name Efficient Taxi.
“Service” refers to the transportation and related services provided by Efficient Taxi.
“User” or “Customer” refers to any individual or entity using the Service.
“Driver” refers to the independent contractors engaged to provide transportation services on behalf of the Company.
Efficient Taxi offers pre-arranged and on-demand transportation services, including but not limited to:
All drivers operating under Efficient Taxi are fully background checked to ensure passenger safety and trust.
Efficient Taxi works only with bookings made directly through our official online booking form or authorized channels. The Company will cooperate only in business conducted through such official bookings.
Efficient Taxi is not responsible for any agreements or business transactions conducted directly between drivers and customers outside the Company’s booking system.
No driver is permitted to distribute their personal business cards, phone numbers, or any other contact information to Efficient Taxi clients.
Any driver found distributing personal contact information or engaging in unauthorized business will be subject to immediate termination upon investigation by Efficient Taxi.
Users must provide accurate and complete information when making a booking.
Users must comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws while using the Service.
Users are expected to treat drivers and vehicles with respect and care.
Users must ensure they are legally authorized to enter into a contract.
All bookings are subject to availability.
Bookings must be made at least 2 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time.
Full payment is required either at the time of booking or upon completion of the ride, based on the service terms.
We accept all major credit/debit cards and approved digital payment methods.
Additional charges may apply for tolls, extra stops, route changes, and extended wait times.
Efficient Taxi is not responsible for any delays, missed flights, or other consequences due to incidents on the road, booking time issues, or customer negligence.
Efficient Taxi may offer complimentary vehicle class upgrades (e.g., from Economy to Business Class) based on availability at the time of dispatch. These upgrades are not guaranteed, and may be withdrawn, changed, or limited without notice. Customers will always receive at least the service class they originally booked.
We provide complimentary wait time to accommodate normal delays. Wait time is calculated from the scheduled pickup time, not the landing time.
If the passenger is not ready for pickup within the complimentary window, a wait time fee of $70 per hour will apply, billed in full-hour increments for each hour the driver is requested to wait. Please plan your pickup time accordingly to avoid additional charges.
Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time: 100% refund
Cancellations made between 12–24 hours before pickup: 70% refund (30% cancellation fee)
Cancellations made within 12 hours of pickup time or no-shows: 100% of ride fare charged
Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within a reasonable timeframe using the original payment method.
Drivers are independent contractors who are expected to maintain professional and courteous conduct at all times.
All drivers must comply with federal, state, and local traffic laws and safety regulations.
Efficient Taxi reserves the right to suspend or remove drivers who fail to meet our service standards or violate company policies, including unauthorized business activities as outlined above.
Efficient Taxi is not liable for delays caused by external factors such as traffic, weather conditions, flight delays, or vehicle issues.
The Company is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen personal belongings left in vehicles.
Use of the Service is at the user’s own risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim liability for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Personal data is collected, used, and stored in compliance with the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
We do not sell or share user data with third parties, except as necessary to fulfill the Service.
Users may request access, correction, or deletion of their data at any time by contacting us.
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States.
In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to pursue resolution through binding arbitration before seeking litigation.
Efficient Taxi reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any changes.
