3. Services Offered Efficient Taxi provides pre-booked and on-demand transportation services, including but not limited to airport transfers, corporate rides, and personal travel within the United States.
4. User Responsibilities
Users must provide accurate information when booking a ride.
Users are responsible for complying with all applicable laws while using the service.
Users must respect drivers and company property.
Users must ensure they are legally eligible to enter a contract.
5. Booking and Payment
All bookings are subject to availability.
Payment is required at the time of booking or completion of the ride.
We accept major credit/debit cards and digital payment methods.
Additional charges may apply for waiting time, extra stops, and tolls.
6. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled ride are eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations made between 12 and 24 hours before the scheduled ride will incur a 30% cancellation fee.
Cancellations made within 12 hours of the scheduled ride, including last-minute cancellations, will be charged 100% of the ride fare.
No-shows will be subject to full charges.
Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within a reasonable timeframe.
7. Driver Conduct and Responsibilities
Drivers are independent contractors and are expected to maintain professional conduct.
Drivers must comply with all traffic and safety regulations.
The company reserves the right to remove or suspend drivers who violate policies.
8. Liability and Disclaimer
The company is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the service.
The company is not responsible for delays due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., traffic, weather conditions, or mechanical failures).
9. Privacy Policy
User data will be collected and stored per applicable US and European privacy laws, including the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
We do not sell or share personal data with third parties except as required for service fulfillment.
